Our Programs

At CREATE Independence, our programs are designed to meet each individual at their current level of ability and support them as they grow. Whether someone is preparing to transition out of high school or seeking more autonomy in adult life, our services focus on building daily living skills, encouraging community participation, and promoting meaningful personal growth. Each program is customized to support functional goals and long-term independence.

Our Weatogue program is housed in a warm, accessible setting designed for daily living practice, group engagement, and meaningful routine. The photos below offer a glimpse into the inviting spaces where participants build skills, connect with peers, and move through their day with purpose.
