Daily Routines That Build Real-Life Skills and Lasting Independence

The Day Services Option (DSO) at CREATE Independence offers structured, full-day programming for young adults with varying abilities who are working toward greater independence. Rooted in functional, person-centered learning, our DSO supports daily living, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful social participation.

With a consistent schedule, small staff-to-client ratios, and individualized support, participants are guided through purposeful routines that strengthen everyday skills and promote engagement in both home and community life.
